The PaddleAll program introduces athletes with intellectual disabilities and autism to canoe kayak who are interested in learning more about the sport. The program's experienced coach will teach participants how to paddle safely and effectively in the various types of canoes and kayaks Cheema has to offer.

Once athletes feel they are ready, they can also take part in local regattas and possibly the national championships.  PaddleAll allows individuals to try a new and challenging activity in safe aquatic and dryland environments designed to build confidence and self-esteem. 

Program times: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00 to 7:30pm; Saturdays 9-10:30am.   

Program runs from June 3rd - September 27th    

Cost $345 + $50 Capital Fund Contribution
